Cairnhill Road is also an area worthy of consideration because it is within the Orchard Road area. It attract many visitors who are willing to travel as many embassies are found at Nassim Road located in a short distance from Orchard Road. Because of the nature of places like embassies, this area is usually quiet and lies close to the Botanic Gardens, one of the more famous Singapore Tourist Attraction.

River Valleys is having a very high and rapid growth in city development as many new condos are being built in the city in the last 3 years. It is located at the north of Orchard Boulevard, Devonshire road and Eber Road. It is also found at the south of Martin Road and Singapore River and the west of Hoot Road and Grange Road. It has a very good accessibility to orchard road and the central business district with maximum of 10 minutes drive.

BUKIT TIMAH

Bukit Timah Road starts from Newton and stretches all the way to Upper Bukit Timah Road. It is a bit expensive to live and own a landed property in this city as there is a large population of a high class citizen in this city. It has lots of bungalows and condominium with the presence of much nature reserve in the city. This attributes to the reasons for there are hike in properties in the city. It is populated with an expatriate. This is obvious as Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) from Malaysia has a station along its railway network from Johor Bahru to Tanjong Pagar. Transportation system might be a difficult issue as there are no buses and MRT station nearby.

DISTRICT 11

This District comprises of Newton, Novena, Thomson and Watten Estate. It is characterized by a residential houses, schools, and religious building. Many citizens of Singapore enjoy the cities because it gives them a bit of freedom to get their daily needs.

NEWTON

The Newton Road is found within the Newton planning area located at the Central Region of Singapore. Its coverage is from the South of Newton Circus to the North of Thomson. It is characterized by the citizen’s accessibility to food centers.
