Indication from the URA website also not that Parc Riviera condo is build on a hefty 18,908.7 sqm of land which meant that the distance between blocks are further from another and therefore there are personal space for owners and privacy is protected. There should not be much west sun in the development as the land is squarish enough to accommodate Parc Riviera units in the North South orientation.
The floor plans indicate that Parc Riviera floorplans are flat with no wastage of space. There are also no weird corners that does not allow the owner to fully utilize the space available.
The floorplans also note that buyers are more concerned about the space of the bedroom as there are more buyers now who prefer to more spacious bedroom to rest or to put a study table in.
