Found James to be very sincere, honest and knowledgeable through conversations which i think is important in a property agent.. Dedicated as well as he conducts his own research to be able to advise clients better.. Hardly come across agents that would spend time and effort to analyze data, most would just share their experience or 'on-the-ground' knowledge.. Great experience!

I met James at one of the showflat when we were planning to buy a luxury condo. James was our consultant and he was very friendly and also explain in details and share lots of info.
After the first condo preview, we did not buy. The following years, we still look for James for his professional advise to other condo preview. He advise accordingly with our finance situation and letting us know the pros and cons. He is able to help us with a very smooth and fast transaction. As a first condo buyer, so many questions on our mind but we trusted James and he assisted us the procedures all the way for the successful transaction.
One of his many strengths is he constantly send us updates on condo value buys or some other good buy investment. He is able to consistently update us on good property info, followups, good service. Willing to share info or assist in selling/rental/buying in a professional way.

James was very patient as he explained to us the entire process of buying the different types of housing given it’s our first time. He constantly updates about new projects that are suitable for us and provides his own view on which are the better ones. He also have very good analysis and research on his website which is very useful info! He is always around during important stages of buying a house which is really important to ensure everything is in check 🙂

Knew James from a friend. He was extremely accommodating and patient throughout the process, always ready to meet us even at the shortest notice. My partner and I were rather unlucky and had to view quite a few new launches before the ballot finally favoured us.
